Acer V3-551 Boot Manager Error Message

Hi

 

Sorry if this has already been Discussed by I’ve tried googling the problem and got no where so iam jumping straight in here

 

I have an Acer V3-551 laptop with Windows 8.  I’ve done a clean install and the drivers are all up to date.

 

It has happened a total of 3 times now, but randomly I get an error message appear whilst  in windows

For some reason boot manager loads up (Blue and grey screen)

 

Anybody heard of this?

Any fixes?

Is this a Perk of Windows or a hardware fault with the laptop?

    Its happening a lot more now - come on people surley the are some acer gurus on this forum or do I need to look else where

    I have a very similar message posted about the exact same machine and I also have received no responses within the Community. I'm starting to wonder if Acer's 'community' is just a means of obfuscating their hardware product/software incompatability issues, deflecting the many tech support issues that plague their machines.

    If its any consolation I did get a service request in to Acer and had to go up two levels before I got a decent response. Everything you have done so far to remedy your problem was the process recommended by tech support. I am ready to reply that nothing has worked and will request bench work repair locally, a replacement machine or a full refund.
