Purchased new in Sept at office Depot with Windows 8.
Micro USB worked for a week they could not connect to anything.
Have tried to connect with 3 different cables & 3 different laptops
I couldn't get it to work.
Sent it back to Acer - they said it was working fine & sent it back to me.
The IT dept at my office could not get it to work.
Sent it back to Acer for a second time - they said it was working fine and sent it back to me.
Took it to Office Depot and they could not get it to work & they called Acer. Reply was send it in and all would be fixed.
So we sent it back to Acer for a third time.
I Received it Friday and again they say it was tested and passed all their tests.
Unfortunately I still can't connect it to anything via Micro USB port.
Is there something I'm missing like a magic button to push?
Any help or explanation why its not working would be appreciated.
