ACER E2 DUO does not work for two 3G SIMs

I use two THREE 3G SIMs in this phone, but only one SIM receiving signal, two SIMs never receiving signals together. If someone try to call me on the SIM which can not receiving signal, it would be told "connection is unavailable". So this phone s problem is that it does not work for two 3G SIM cards, even does not work when you put in one 3G SIM card, another one 2G SIM card, maybe it only works for two 2G SIM cards, if so, this phone is completely a rubbish to named as dual SIM phone because all SIMs are 3G.

If this is a issue for this phone, I really need to get refund for it, because it s useless for me, and waste me £205. Or ACER can give me another dual SIM phone which two 3G SIMs are both receiving signal at same time, if more than £205, I d like to pay the difference.
