Windows Resume Loader screen

I have a W500P tablet.

When I power on, it gives me a screen Windows Resume Loader.  On the next lines it says

      The last attempt to resume the system from it's previous location failed.  Attempt

      to resume again?

       (Use the arrow keys to highlight your choice.)

 

Continue with system resume

Delete restoration data and proceed to system boot meny     This one is highlighted

 

At the bottom of the screen and highlighted it says ENTER=Choose

 

That I kind of recognize from other Windows computers I've used.  It's very often a case of segement 0 corruption and an FDISK /MBR fixes it.

 

In this case though, no keys work including the arrow keys and F keys.  I've repeatedly turned power off and then back on and the result is always the same.  Is there a magic RESET button someplace?  Or what do I do.

Have you attempted to restore the system to factory defaults?
