How can I get a recovery disk/usb stick for the Aspire 1410 11.5 screen. Putting the SNID number on the eRecovery Tab indicates Erecovery not available for the SNID

    The best thing to do is to speak to Acer directly. Go to your regions Acer support page, and find either the "Contact Us" details. There should be a number you can call (or even an email) where you can speak to a human.
