Acer Cloud Music

How often does Acer Cloud update with music I put in my Music folder on my Acer desktop?  I've put some new MP3 albums in there, and they aren't showing up on my Android phone.  I tried signing out of Acer Cloud on my phone, and I had to re-download all of my albums, but the new albums are still not showing up.  Is there a way to force this program to syncronize?

I have trouble to get what you said. As my known, when I login the same Acer ID as the PC on my phone, it will show up the music shared to AcerCloud, when I logout, it will show up the music that stored on my phone. Plus, the shared music are naturally saved on the Cloud PC, therefore, if you want to access them on your phone, the PC should be kept online. Have you set up Cloud PC? If not, you need to make it before add music. The AcerCloud has a FAQ website which contains the information to use it, may be these can help you.
