Acer Predator G3120 POST codes

I have recently been having troubles with a desktop computer that has been giving me some strange post codes.  The computer is a Acer Predator G3120.  It has a different video card from the factory default.  The POST codes are 3-3 (3 short, pause, 3 short) and the computer will fail to boot, though it is possible to boot it after much difficulty.  It appears to have something to do with the video, though the card (either the after factory, or the factory default) makes no difference.  There is ample power to run all of the cards and expansion slots.

The POST code seems to line up to a RAM error, though all of the sticks are functioning fine, and removing one or moving the slots does nothing.

Ordinarily, I would attempt to fix it, but I am frankly at a loss for what exactly to do, as the data on the computer is rather important.

If you have any questions, please ask.  I am fairly well trained (A+ certs and all that).

It seems to be an issue with the motherboard (probably the RAM slot). You may contact the manufacturer to have it repaired.
