Cannot get any info since I sent tabet in for repair.

Since I sent my (refurbished) tablet in for warranty repair, it has been over two weeks and I cannot get or find any information as to it's status. I checked the "Claim status" section on the acer website and it said my claim was open from the 14th to the 16th of October, but I didn't even get information and confirmation on where to send it or UPS labels until the 17th of October. I do not know how to get in touch with anyone at acer, as they charge $20 just to pick up the phone if your warranty mistakenly says it's expired due to being a refurbished item and the serial number/warranty date not being reset in their database, like mine has. So basically my question is, where is my tablet now?

    I'm sorry, there really is not a way for me to look up a repair with the information that you've included in your post.

    We need some customer data and/or unit data.
