Hope the line gets someones attention, cus yes, i am pretty tired of acer and my w700 unit.

first thing first, i have the WiFi problem. if anyone in here can guide a non-tech-nerd like me thro a turtorial then i would be so vary happy. and yes my english sucks and is not my native.

second.

Send a acer support "ticket" or whatever you call it on the WiFi problem. i have NOT installed windows 8.1 that update pretty much broke the unit for me, grapics and cpu drivers was down "like shut down with error code Shiit. and the throttle issue or "intended design as some idiots in here clam it to be"

so i have rein stalle everyhing with CDs from usb-dvd thing. and everhing works pretty good now, can play league of legends on it now and all <3 my my. but the WiFi gets on and off from time to time.

Acer mailed me back and asked me to try a few things that did not work. and now that we are it. Acer... really? i can open a support request if i send you EVERY info i can get on the unit, name and even where the """" i brought, and sacrifice a goat for good mesure before i can even open a request. your phone line are expansive as fock. so hell no there. but the pont that makes my pee boil to the point where i would boycot any acer product in the future and make a shiitload of youtube videos about this case and some ohters is that you send me a mail that i cant replie to?

then i ask humble, where the fock do i repile then? i have no idea and focking around with your website is one thing i do not want? why can you not make it easy?

where can i repile to acer?

if no1 in here can help me plz

regards. a vary angry acer owner

    hi...

I understand your frustration . If the same thing happened to me, I would be as upset as you are.
Plaese check the BIOS version of your tablet if it is updated with V 2.14
To  check, swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
Enter run in the search box, tap or click Apps, and then tap or click Run.
Then type msinfo32 and hit the Enter key.
In the System Information window, click System Summary and locate your current BIOS Version/Date to the right.

Then check the wireless driver version.
To  check, swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
    Type devmgmt.msc in Search bar
In device manager windows,  click + Network Adapters to expand the section.
The wireles adapter would be listed.
Press and hold on the name of the wireless adapter, then selecy properties.
Then check the drivers version listed there
If it an Atheros wireless device, the driver version would be 10.0.0.251

Post back with the information you find, and I'll see what I can do to help you resolve the issue!
