Since upgrading to windows 8.1 I can't connect my bluetooth keyboard.  Bluetooth doesn't even show in my pc settings.  It's as if bluetooth has been removed from the system.  I appreciate any help.  Thanks

I can only suggest that you attempt to install the Windows 8.1 driver package that we have available on our Drivers site.

Is the bluetooth hardware in Device Manager?

If you go to the Driver Downloads link in Tommy's .sig and select tablet > Iconia W > W510 then scroll down you will find the available drivers. The v3.01 contains the needed Bluetooth drivers but first make sure it is not just turned off: Go to SEARCH, enter "BLUETOOTH", and select BLUETOOTH SETTINGS. Make sure the slider is ON.

Thank you both for your help.  The bluetooth magically re-appeared a couple of days after thie problem occured.  It wasn't just turned off, it didn't show in the settings, but it's back now.  I'll keep both of your suggestions so that if it happens again, I'll have that info to fall back on.  I was away from home when this happened and didn't have the flashdrive with the system back-up with me.  Just glad it came back.

    Thanks again!
