Q.1] Ive heard that Windows cannot boot if its installed in a Dynamic volume? Ive installed 8.1 & below is the screenshot of the disk management, is it a problem?

Q.2] Is there any way to Convert a NTFS partition to EXT3 Partition within Windows? Suppose i shrink 6GB from C drive nd create a new partition of 6GB as NTFS, can it be converted to EXT3 file system ?
