Is Acer having a problem distributing this model of Laptop in the UK? It appears to be slowly appearing across various European retailers but with lengthy lead times. There doesn't appear to be a many consumer reviews or videos featuring the new laptop either. Can anyone answer, when is the laptop going to available for sale from UK retailers? It was announced at the beginning of June for September / October. If the wait is any longer I'll have to buy a laptop from your competitors!

Why not just buy a super cheap used laptop for a month until you can get one from amazon? All I am saying is if this is the one you want, be patient. I love my s7. So glad I chose it.  Maybe next year I will get the 392. I do wish it came in black though.

Great advice, I already have a "super cheap laptop" and a desktop. Both weigh a lot more than 1.3kg though! I've played with the 391 in several shops now, and yeah it's great. It was 10% off in John Lewis on the weekend, too! But perhaps, for the benefit of UK consumers, Acer could shed some light on the SKUs and model codes for the 2nd generation s7-392, because there is a risk of ordering the wrong product here. NX.MBKEH.002 model only appears on the Dutch Acer website, where the corresponding SKU code S7-392-74508G25twss is not listed. If they're selling these in the UK market, for the price they're asking, it sure would be nice to have an authoritative article on Acer.co.uk listing the correct model specification, model code and SKUs! Acer.nl lists as for NX.MBKEH.002 "Inhoud verpakking" (in the box) the following: Aspire XC600 Desktop, S220HQLEbmd 21.5" LED- Monitor, USB- Toetsenbord, USB- Muis (http://www.acer.nl/ac/nl/NL/content/model-datasheet/NX.MBKEH.002). Now as I'm not Dutch, I'll have no chance at using a USB Toetsenbord! But it sure doesn't sound like what I want to purchase. Why does the Amazon.co.uk SKU have a US Qwerty keyboard? Can we not expect a UK Qwerty keyboard for the UK market? I don't want my @ above number 2 and my double quotes near my enter key! Please Acer, can we have some more accurate information before we part with such a large pile of cash?
