My acer v3-571's keyboard isnt working

Hi 

I resently installed Windows 8.1 on my V3-571 which came default with windows 8. It was all working fine. Installed all of the basic programs e.g chrome etc.  I then updated windows several times and still no problems. I'm pretty sure I then got some drivers off acer website and installed them and then restarted my keypad wouldnt't work. Naturally i then plugged in a working external keyboard and it didn't work. I restarted about 4 times and nothing changed. I went into device manager and found this error message: http://gyazo.com/8a1aae8da9cc01d5931a1ddfc7488c28. I really dont know what to do. Ive uninstalled and then reinstalled the keyboard.
If anyone has any suggestions i would be very thankful,

Restore the system back to the factory shipped operating system. 

Once that is complete, upgrade to Windows 8.1.
