Help! 8943g hd5650 not working

In the past month ive had issues with my switchable gpu when going into hibernation . My laptop went into hibernation and when I reopened it , the intel video was active and catalyst control center wouldnt open claiming I didnt have a compatible device. I have since reinstalled windows and still my computer wont let me install the ati drivers . It continues to tell me I dont have a compatible device. I am positive im trying to install the correct driver and I have installed all other drivers for my laptop . Ive even updated the bios with the updates from the acer website and windows is up to date. Im very frustrated

i restarted my computer numerous times and this happened before the video card (hd5650) started briefly working again . i pressed f1 my computer then loaded windows and it saw the video card in the device manager . i then tried to install CCC with the drivers obtained from the acer website and it seemed to have installed but after the install reboot the video card seems to be non exsistant again .
