Aspire 5336-2524 Ethernet Controller will not install.

I cannot seem to get Broadcom Gigabit Integrated Controller to install on the computer. I always end up with:

 

"Error 1311.Source file not found: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp2_Broadcom_14.0.1.0_W7x86W7x64_A.zip\Lan_Broadcom_14.0.1.0_Win7x86x64\DrvInst\NetXtreme\x64\BDrvAM~1.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

 

Well I have checked that the file exists and it does. However, no matter how many times I try I always recieve this error. This is not the first computer I've come into that kicked the error either. But its always with this specific driver.

I assume it's a zip file, and if not it doesn't matter. Try running the file after saving it to your desktop, rather than just clicking run. If it's a zip I would suggest you unzip it, if it's an exe right click and run as administrator. Installing from a temp directory can cause all sorts of problems. Let me know if you have any issues.
