I've just had my all in one set back to factory settings but, on setting up my 3d, I get the message''attempting to display 3d in a non stereoscopic mode'' Please change to acceptable stereo mode by reading the documentation! What documentation?  Help!

Can you please send me the serial number / SNID via private message?

I'd be happy to look up the system and see what we can do to help.

How did you have your All-in-One "set back to factory settings"?

Did you follow the procedure under our Reloading your Acer Computer article?

Are you seeing any hardware items in Device Manager with a ! or X on them?

Is the NVIDIA video card / 3D hardware getting set up properly?

    1. I set it back to factory settings with the factory recovery discs that I made on the first day I received it!

    2. Device manager reports that all hardware is working properly!

    3. Device manager reports that Nvidia Gforce GT435M CARD IS WORKING PROPERLY!
