S7-391 showing fewer tile rows after Win 8.1 (with solution)

Before windows 8.1, I could see 5 rows of tiles without any registry hacks on my S7-391

 

After Windows 8.1, this was reduced to 4 rows for no good reason

 

I eventually found a solution to this and it is described very well here:-

After making this display config change, I am back to 5 rows again. Additionally if you press Windows-I, while the tiles are being displayed you can enable a more tile rows options that will get you to 6!

 

 

I think there is a buglet here because you should never have less tile rows after upgrading, but it seems easy enough to work around.

With the s7-392 it also gives you the ability to snap 3 apps after the solution posted. By default you could only snap two apps, not sure if this is the same on the 391.
