Acer Drivers Needed for DVD drive

Hi.

I am trying to reinstall Windows 7 after a corruption when trying to upgrade to Windows 8. I can't use the Windows install disk, because my computer doesn't recognize on boot up, and instead, skips the DVD/CD drive, and goes straight to booting corrupt files. So I out Windows on a USB and booted the USB. When installing Windows, I get an error, windows needs drivers for you DVD/CD device. Please insert a USB or CD containing the drivers now... First, I thought this related to AHCI and IDE, but then realized, my computer won't boot to the DVD drive, bc there are no drivers for it. Can someone get me the drivers I need for an Acer Aspire 7739Z-4804? I can't use my Acer until I have the drivers it's asking for.

If the system is not seeing the optical drive in BIOS, it is likely a hardware issue.

There are no drivers to install during POST, or before the operating system loads.
