4830tg pressing mouse button powers off

I sent my 4830 in for screen related repairs shortly before the warranty ended in August. Now, the machine has an unrelated issue where it will instantly power off if I use right mouse button. During that last repair, they completely replaced motherboard. It is quite frustrating because that repair was necessitated by their earlier repair causing the screen to be garbled.

Has anyone run into this problem before? I ask here, because The phone technical support tells me that my warranty is up.

Are there any contact methods for me to get them to honor their repair?

That should certainly be something that service would look at, considering the last repair.
