My laptop is so slow, the problem starts when the laptop freeze i use the erecovery because the laptop is so slow, so i use the erecovery then after days laptop become slow again specially boot.

Firstly, if you type MSCONFIG into the search box in your Start menu, click it & then click the Startup tab. This will show you the programs that are starting with Windows. Uncheck entries that you don't want to start, I.E.. the ones you can start manually.

 

Make sure that you anti virus software remains checked, but most others can be unchecked - unless it is something that you want to start with Windows. If there are entries you don't understand, Googling them will help!

 

Secondly, run full scans with your anti virus AND your anti malware software, just to make sure all is well.

 

Thirdly, install & run Ccleaner - this utility cleans out all the junk that Windows gathers when installing programs/surfing the net.

 

And finally, make sure that you're not running too many things at once. This too, can slow down your machine. Press  Ctrl/Shift/Esc to bring up task manager to view running programs , and click the "Processes" tab to see any CPU hungry programs...
