My SNID and Serial not recognized

Hello, I'm new here. I hope this is the right place for this question.

 

I have an Acer Aspire One netbook and an Acer C120 projector. When I go to Acer support page I am told that neither of my devices' SNIDs or serial numbers are valid. I also downloaded and installed the Acer system info software but the SNIDs and serials it gave were also not recognized by Acer support.

Why is that? What can I do to get support? I have a pressing issue which I posted on the projector forum.

    Are you located in the United States? Where were the products purchased?

    Hi,

     

    I have the same problem.

    The Aspiure 7250G was bought in the Netherlands. Hard disk is broken so I cannot use the recovery partition and I would like to use your eRecovery program, please. But since neither the SNID nor the SN is recognized I cannot continue.
