ACER Indonesia has the WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I have been trying for several weeks now to try and do something as simple as purchase 3 24" computer monitors. I am in Bali, indonesia where the customer support for Acer does not exist. Your "supprt" page on your website that clearly shows someone with headphones on suggesting you can talk to customer support merely takes you to a service page which has two contacts (1 of which no longer exists) and the other is a small 2 person shop that cannot do something as simple as order in the monitors i need. There is no call center for your global company that boasts how good it is yet your service is rubbish. Some thing as simple as having a call center for a country that has the worlds 4th largest population seems to be beyond the limited corporate imagination of your staff. 

 

I am extremely irate at Acers pathetic support.

 

WHERE IS AN ACER REPRESENTATIVE THAT SELLS ACER COMPUTER MONITORS IN BALI< INDONESIA????

 

I will be doing my best to spread my negative experience via a blog about ACER should this post go unanswered (which i expect)

 

BTW, even a simple customer support email is not available????
