Hi would anyone be able to help me with my issue?
I just ordered a refurbished laptop from Acer's official outlet store in eBay, 2 days later it arrived but upon testing I noticed a lot of random keys in the keyboard are not working (p,1,3,-,m,o, etc.).
Is there a way to manually fix this? Perhaps a ribbon became loose during shipping or whatnot.
If the problem lies with a hardware defect then I am horrified as to what kind of QC they do in their factories before they ship it out!
Is there a way to manually fix this by myself? Frankly I wouldnt want to ship back my acer laptop because I am on a different country now (I brought it with me) and I was only visiting the US.
Is there international Warranty covered? I am in the right Philippines now.
