Support desperately needed for Aspire S7-191

My Aspire S7-191 fails to startup. I see the acer logo and then the screen goes black. Nothing. The machine is charged and the keyboard lights and the indicator lights are the only other signs of life.

I have spent hours searching through knowledge base sources and trying to contact online support help.
In online help/chat, unfortunately when I enter my serial # for validation it says it is Invalid and I cannot proceed.
However, when I log in or enter it in other parts of the website it recognizes the serial number as an Aspire S7-191.
I can log in because I registered my product shortly after purchasing it.

I have a business trip in less than two days now and no computer and no support.

Bottom line: I am still under warranty, cut cannot get my ultrathin working and do not have any access to support.
Right now I am thinking this has been the worse purchase in over 30 years as an IT professsional.

I am in Hong Kong at the moment and will check this forum when I wake up.
