Tracking number, Acer Repair Dept.

Hi,

 

I received your email advising me that I would be receiving another email which would contain the tracking number I could use in checking the return of my Iconia B1 which I was told was totally fixed, packed and on its way.

 

Naturally, I am excited about it since I have never had the chance to use my unit at all, since it was not working right out of the box.  Anyway, I have yet to receive the email, advising me of the tracking number and/or by which carrier my unit would be sent.

 

I will be checking my email each day hoping that the tracking number will be included in one of your emails, and of course, get it up and running for the first time.  Your tech support has been outstanding in both understanding the problem right out of the box (sorry about the pun) and finishing this job in a very timely manner.

 

I am most appreciative.
