This is an Acer Iconia Tab A200. I plug in a usb keyboard and boot into Android system recovery utility. I select "wipe data/factory reset" and all it does is wipe the data and doesn't restore it to factory. On reboot I keep getting the message, "Encryption unusccessful...bla bla bla"
From the recovery utility, if I select "apply update from external storage" I get the error:
E: unknown volume for path [/sdcard]
E: error opening /sdcard: No such file or directory
E: unknown volume for path [/sdcard]
When I pull the microSD card out and plug it into my desktop computer everything looks fine. It's got all the original files on it and it's formatted with fat32.
