Acer did not address a major concern

I recently bought a laptop from one retailer. Everything was fine until I noticed that the mouse could not process gestures. After days and days of troubleshooting, the issue was that there were wrong touchpad drivers preinstalled with the Recovery partition. I then sent a request on the forum to have the issue resolved (Here is the link).

I log in weeks later, and go to that specific laptop drivers page and lo and behold, the incompatible driver is still listed while the correct one has nothing. Nothing changed.

Now this is where it becomes an issue. I work at one retail company that sells their laptops. Now HOW am I supposed to recommend Acer products to customers when Acer does not address a single concern that would take minutes to fix (adding the link to the correct driver in the drivers page)? I'd like someone to explain that to me.

    Hello VitaliyB

This is a peer to peer support forum. It is not a venue where you can pass such information along to Acer, as they do not monitor the posts.  We suggest you contact the company directly through the website.
