Service Case problem

I opened case ID ****** in early September because my A500 was not holding charge. I sent the tablet to your repair center in Texas as directed by an online technician through the Acer chat support. She told me to include any accessories that may be part of the problem. There for, I included my charger with the U.S. plug adapting clip with a note to printed in 48 point font, to return the charger and clip. It was determined that the charger was actually the problem and the tablet was returned with a new charger, but the U.S. Plug Adapter was not included. The warranty expired back on Nov. 3 2012, I just learned that this plug adapter clip was not included, because I have been traveling for work and just returned home.  Would it be possible for Acer to provide me this clip?  I do not need all 3 clips, I don't believe I should have to purchase a new charger for $30.00 just to get 1 adapter clip because it was not included with the new charger.

I am posting this here because I have exhausted all other resources trying to contact Acer regarding this case. The phone and online chat clients are both telling me my warranty has expired, so I cannot get support. However, this is regarding a case that was opened before the warranty expired.
