Major Problem with Acer and Gateway Websites, Unbielievable!!!!!!!

Sir or Ms,

Concerning:  Ready to Ship, but Need Case# and RMA, and Address for Shipping Unit!
Model: NV57H20u

I had chatted on your Website with your Tech's in the Past about this Computer when your  Websites could find the SNID or SN, but now I am blocked from E-mailing, Chatting, or Telephone, because your stupid system can no longer find the system.   You need a Direct Contact on your Website for when your system is screwed up, so poor people have some way to contact you.
Email goes to those stupid questions, and there is no way to email you, Call you, or Chat with you.  I  had to do a Search in Google to find a Valid Email for Acer or Gateway.  No way to Contact you on Website, or it's so Hidden.
it will Take a Rocket Scientist to find it, and I teach Computers at two Colleges!!!!!

Needs MB and Power Adapter
