My netbook dropped and the screen cracked. Everything else still works fine but I am a bit concered. Are there any health risks with a cracked LED LCD screen? Should I get it repaired/get rid of it right away or it is safe to keep around for now?

Any information on this is greatly appreciated.

The liquid crystal is not something that should be ingested, but being near the cracked display should not pose any health risk.  It should be repaired as soon as possible if you are concerned about it.
