Question

Hi all,

how come my phone battery everytime went flat when i am not in use?

Everyday i need to charged 2 times since i sent the phone to service centre. The first initial problem was the phone hang on the initial starting up( Acer logo only ). After sending the phone to service centre, my phone got new problem that is the battery that wont last more than half day even without using it.

I was adviced by the service advicer telling me that i need to close some of my apps that was in running mode. Installed new apps that kills off the running apps but still cannot solved the problem....Anyone can help?

About the battery,all the necessary things all I have done.such as reset to the factory setting,off the phone while charging but all this thing won't help also.
Charging my phone without using it also won't help the battery percentage keep going down n end up with no battery when want to use it.
Very disappointed with acer!!!change back my phone to my old phone.no problem since then..

How about volume in Z120 via headphone out? In my Z3 it's too low even when used with in-ear. Shame on Acer.

About battery, try to do factory reset and run it for one day without installing or changing anything.
