Hello everyone, I have been trying to find a way to fix this problem. And it seems everyone who has an A500 in all forums that updated their tablet OS to ICS 4.0.3 started seeing/ experiencing errors. Since doing the system update to 4.0.3 I have had nothing but frustrations. I purchased this A500 in the USA as a Christmas/Birthday present for myself. I made sure that the apps was up-to-date and periodically followed prompts to install updates to the tablet. Since doing this OS update I am now getting browser shutting down or freezing. The screen would intermittently flash to no screen then return to the desktop. Apps would freeze or crash. I used to get about 6 hours out of the tablet and now I am getting 3 hours. This tablet is stock and has never been rooted(?). I have reset the tablet back to factory settings, but alas, this does not get rid of the ICS to a previous version. Can anyone tell me how where I can get step by step instructions and stock Acer files to reinstall back to Honeycomb OS. Thanks for your time. The Noobie.
