I assume you mean you changed it's input to USA? If so you can plug in a usb mouse and undo the changes you made.

If you mean that you literally went to the US then it has nothing to do with the issue. The system won't just detect it's in a different country haha.

If that doesn't work try refreshing Windows to reinstall drivers and reset default windows settings. Your files will be left intact.

    To refresh your PC
    1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)

    2. Under PC settings, tap or click General.

    3. Under Refresh your PC without affecting your files, tap or click Get started.

    4. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Not a clue, you could always go and check on the Acer website under your device for your driver or you could check in the device manager for input / pointing devices. Again my solution for a refresh will install default drivers and leave all of your programs and files intact.

Or give this a try to see if it's enabled.

    Go to Control Panel.

    Click Hardware and Sound.

    Click  Pen and touch.

    Click the touch tab.

Enable use your finger as an input.
