Aspire S7-392 keyboard issue - PrtSc does NOT work

PrtSc + Ctrl, or Alt, or Fn, does not take screenshot....suggestions?

    Yeah I noticed this too. I found out that holding Win key+Fn+ PrtSc did the trick

    In Windows 8, you use the Windows key Windows logo key + PrtScn to do a screen capture.

    Win key + prtsc simultaneously copies the screen image and has to be pasted somewhere like Paint or Word document. But it does not show up in the Pictures> Screenshots folder. Fn + prtsc same thing. But some random combo I tried did put a screenshot into that folder....? Baffled.
