Acer Aspire V5 - failed 4 times within 1 year

I bought an Acer Aspire V5 in Dec 2012 and since then, it has failed a total of FOUR times (motherboard, wifi adapter, keyboard, etc.). I wrote in to ama_acercare@acer.com, but received no reply. All four times, the Highpoint service centre in USJ (Selangor, Malaysia) responded efficiently and repaired the unit. However, for a relatively new unit to fail FOUR times within its warranty period is extremely disappointing. I would like to file an official complaint with Acer. Could someone please give me the email address to do so? Thank you.
