Power Supply for my Acer Aspire M1935

I recently bought an Acer Aspire M1935..I later found out that it only has 250W PSU...Even so, i bought a Palit Nvidia GeForce 210 1gb ddr3 because i needed a video card to watch 720p or 1080p Anime and Movies without lag...I did my research and found out that ths video card has maximum wattage of 32 watts..It has lower wattage when idle or average usage....I had the video card installed in our local Acer service center in order not to break my warranty...I did some calculations with my M1935's other components...

Intel G630 - maximum wattage of around 65 watts

Motherboard with RAM and Hard Drive and some fans - Around 55 watts

In total with my video card's wattage, maximum wattage is 155 watts..Around 65% of my PSU capacity of 250Watts...Im not a hardcore gamer and i think that i wont reach maximum wattage with my components because most of the time, im just watching 720p to 1080p anime and movies..

1st question: Is it safe with my Video Card installed in my 250 watt PSU?

2nd question: I want to upgrade to a PSU with more wattage in the future so that i could install some high end video cards and more fans..What higher wattage PSU brand does Acer recommend and is compatible with the Aspire M1935?
