Poor Repair service

Ok, have mixed feelings as I've been an Acer owner for several years.

 

My laptop I received this morning is now on its 3rd return to Acer since the 4th June - not sure what is going too be honest. Basically have not expectation of it every running as it should £500+ dead money.

 

Problems that are logged are ignored, parts that obviously need to be replaced are ignored - working parts are replaced and additional problems are added.
