I have this laptop since January 2013. Obviously, I have complaints about the model. The Dobly advanced audio was proved to be inefficient and can't hardly hear the audio even in full rate. Now, I am now experiencing major problem as OS can't start up. I received 3 messages:
1. Preparing Automatic Repair
2. Diagnosing your PC
3. Repairing disk errors. This might take over an hour to complete.
After waiting for 1, 2, 3 and more than enough hours even a day or two the screen is still the same as No.3.
I purchased this unit in Carrefour in UAE as a birthday gift to my spouse but unfortunately she lost the proof of purchase. May I request to Acer technical support to find a way to resolve this problem. I am really desperate to look for urgent solution as all my important files were stored on it.
