Never would I have bought the first generation of touch screen combined with a new Windows version (8) but I got trapped into it because it was a gift.

 

It is a wierd mix of can't do some things with the mouse that you can only do by touch and, to a lesser extent, the reverse.

 

My main issue. I have been corresponding with an army of different support reps trying to find out "what is the Setup Poster as referenced in the totally inadequate Quick Guide?". Is is a paper that should have come in the factory sealed box? Is it available online? If so, how and where? It's not referenced in the online User Manual but it is mentioned on page 18 of same with no explanation nor other apparent mention.

 

Any help out there.

 

User support cannot answer any of my questions or perhaps I should say "won't" because no matter how specific my questions get they avoid answering them in anything other than VERY general terms.

The "Setup Poster" is a large(ish) document that is generally included in the box with most system.

It details how to set up the system initially.

 

It is not available online.
