Acer S5-391 no longer exists?

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me here.

 

The Acer S5-391 no longer appears in the drivers section.  It appears in the predictive search box here - http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/drivers - but the search button doesn't work.  It doesn't appear in the list if you navigate through the filters at all.  

 

So I thought I'd pop into support chat to tell them, but that asked for my serial or SNID, neither of which were recognised!  I've double checked for typos and neither are valid, apparently.

Oh, also the auto detect serial option from the link above doesn't work either - it generates a 404

 

Has Acer disowned the S5 or what?

Ok, I found a working link to the system information / autodetect .msi, installed, detected, copied and pasted, not recognised.

 

My laptop doesn't exist!  

But that means I'm typing this with the power of thought alone, which is kinda cool I guess.
