no audio output device installed?? Aspire 5755

hey everyone

 

its been 2 days since m finding a fix to this problem but in vain!

first my wifi was giving me a problem.. it used to show "Limited Access" in between at any random time and then i had to restart my laptop.. it fixed automatically but a new problem arised, i couldnot hear sound and whenever i started my laptop, a message came saying could not start dolby advanced v2 something... but then i downloaded dolby again and installed it 3 times and got it to work... but now a new problem is there which shows the volume icon as a "red X" and says "No Audio Output Device is Installed" .... along with this, my wifi IS connected but the wifi icon shows grey bars with another "red X"

 

plz post as soon as possible, m an online gamer boy and this has ruined my life!

also i forgot to mention, i have windows 7 home basic 64-Bit --- Acer Aspire 5755
