I hope you are doing well today. I sadly am left very frustrated after spending a great deal of time talking with Acer's many support options. I bought a aspirev5-122p-0408 for photography slideshows at events I work at, touchsreen seemed like fun and people have taken an interest in it. At one of the events I was asked to upload an image to facebook for the client. I attempted to use internet explorer to upload the image to a new album and after clicking "add pictures" no window popped up for me to select the images. Needless to say I was embaressed infront of my client. Since then I have been trying to contact a support agent to find out how I might fix this issue but I keep getting told that the issue is software and I need to contact Answerby. While the idea of paying more money, answerby being a fee based service, to find this answer seems like fun I am actually going to be returning the computer instead, assuming this last attempt does not work. It would be more cost effective to buy a different computer then to spend the cost that answerby is asking of me.
Is short, could anyone suggest to me how I might be able to upload to facebook through internet explorer?
