V3-471G-53212G50Makk: No bluetooth on Windows 8 x64

Hi there,

I've just bought a brandnew v3-471g and installed Windows 8 pro x64 on it. As the specifications suggest, my laptop does have bluetooth integrated. However, I can not see any bluetooth device in Device Manager.

If I enable "Show hidden devices," I can see a "Unknown device" with name:  BCM20702A0, but it is reported that the device has been disconnected from the laptop.

Installing drivers from Broadcom shows the message: No bluetooth device found.

My questions are:

- Is this a problem specific to my laptop? If not, is it a problem from Windows 8?

- How can I fix it if it is a problem from Windows 8?

Thanks & Regards,

Duc

PS: Pressing Fn+F3 in Windows 8 does not show up anything, does not turn anything on/off. Launch Manager and all other drivers are installed (using the accompanying disk).
