Need to reinstall Windows 8 in my Acer Iconia W700 6499

Hi,

 

 

First question: I have recently bought Acer Iconia W700 6499 through my cousin who is in USA. No i would like to reinstall my tablet OS with recovery DVD's provide with my purchase pack. Before doing it, i found in a forum in that people saying that Recovery DVD's have missing files. Hence not able to reinstall using those DVD's. How to make confirmed that the DVD files are proper to do reinstalling Windows 8 without any issues? If any already issues present, can you please send me those missing files alone to me or send me the complete set of recovery DVD's?

 

Second Question: Also i would like to install Acer ring application in my tablet. Could you please give me the URL to find the software and install it?

I have used the recovery discs to do recovery twice now and have not found it to be missing any files. Just make sure you follow the instruction on how to load the rescue disc. (go into BIOS and select the external usb disc drive -which you will need to run the discs).

 

Acer Ring application will be installed when you run the Rescue as the process will reinstall everything that is there when it came out of the factory.
