I bought this A200 at Staples last Sept, but never really used it. I am now working in a differnt state and using the tablet regularly for the first time.
The first issue I had (which I only mention in case it has an impact on the current issue) is that all the files I had on the SD card (photos and a few documents) would first duplicate, then disappear. A Lost file directory would appear, but it would be empty. You could still see the photos in the gallery but not edit and you couldn't find the photos on the device anyplace.
After reading this forum, I deleted the files in the mnt/sdcard/android/data google directories. I deleted and reloaded the photos and use an app rather than Gallery to view them. This was last week and so far, it is working fine.
The current issue is that apps keep opening up randomly. I can be in an app (like browers or audible) and trying to work, or I can just have the tablet sitting on the table with nothing running. Even applications that I have never touched are opening. the applications will open, resize, change to setttings, close and open others, just random screens opening and closing until I turn off the tablet.
I searched this form and didn't find anything. i looked on the internet,but didn't fiind anything beyond "it is bricked, return it to acer for service".
Any widom or advice?
