    Looks like the driver isn't installed correctly. Try downloading another copy from the Acer site and installing it. In the future it would be helpful if you could provide a model number.

    Again, I need your model number. I have no way of knowing what system you have, so I can't find you a link. Get me your model number and I'll get you your driver.

    Hi,

      please follow the below steps to fix the issue..

     

      Go to the settings in charms--PC settings---General---Advance startup restart-- troubleshoot--advanceoption--UEFi---restart and then you will be in computer information screen press F9 (yes or no) click on Yes and then press F10 (Yes or no) click on yes..  This should work....

    The device is recognized. This was pointed out in the first post and I can almost guarantee that resetting the bios to defaults will not help. What you can do is download this driver HERE and reinstall to attempt to resolve the issue.

     

    Once you download the file, you'll need to extract the zipped files. You can do this by right clicking and selecting extract. Once you've finished, go to the extracted folder and right click on the SETUP.EXE file. Now select "run as administrator". You will need to authorize the program to run.

     

    If this doesn't work please right click on the Atheros driver that isn't working and click properties. On this page you will see what error is being reported. Please post the message you see on the board so we can troubleshoot further.
