Acer Liquid Gallant Duo (incoming calls, barring, forwarding to voicemail)

I've had my Acer Gallant about a year and i used a 48month sim card on the o2 network(ireland) at first it was fine, no problems but in the last 2 month i hav'nt been able to recieve any calls, nor sent calls. The only calls i get go straight to voicemail. I tried using different sim cards and still nothing. I changed the call barring settings and still nothing. In the mms saying i have a voicemail from (aboard) I dont know if this is a gps error thinking that the phone thinks im aboard when im not. 
  Also in the sim mangagement settings it says 3IRL but when i search for a network it only show (o2, vodafone, meteor) no 3. So on the bottom of the lock screen it says vodafone, when it is a 3 sim. I've reset the phone and still nothing. I don't know what the problem is but i was able to receive calls before, and now i can't.
