W3: Well I tried

Since my Wireless is running much slower than other machines (and now have duplicated with an Ethernet connection so is a general network handling issue. Is not Windows 8, a desktop runs at 44 MB/s while the best I have gotten from the W3 is 6 MB/s after tweaking.

I did put in a trouble ticket and when I said was using the latest (.113) drivers they gave this answer "I recommend you to perform a system reset using the Recovery Media came with the tablet." really helpful.

Wish they would educate their script kiddies a little better.

Will pick up again tomorrow, spent too much time tonight already. But I will make this thing work (Acer really should just send me stuff in advance, would save everybody time).
