Not booting up

I followed Acer's procedure to upgrade my A500 tablet to ICS. After the upgrade, the tablet keeps booting up and then reseting itself. Can someone tell me what went wrong?

    It sounds like it might not have loaded properly. Have you tried doing a factory software and hardware reset to see if that fixes it? If the unit is still in warranty give Acer a call to have it troubleshot and setup for service, if needed (800.816.2237 - US).
