does Acer v5 571G model has touch enabled?

my computer locked up on my hotmail sign in which was my start page ? the caps lock was on i did not know i now cannot use the computer any ideas folks

This V5-571G is not touchscreen

 

To log in to your windows you have to use Microsoftware ID like hotmail, xbox, livemail or msn log in ID

 

Is this case you have Reset your PC back to factory condition, but you have be prepared to lose everything which you stored and installed on your Nontebook. 

 

The sets are to perform Reset your PC:

 

Connect onlyt the Charger to the unit and then while on your password screen, locat rightside bottom for shutdown option if you click that it will give sleep, shutdown and Restart or update and restart before selecting restart Press and hold down the leftside shift key on the keyboard then select the restart after getting the choose an Option let the shift key go and select Troubleshoot and then Reset your PC and just follow the prompt. Once the process has start that will take log time to complete.

 

Then you have do initial set.

 

If you don't have any of thoes, while setting the unit form the first use just select local account to use your own email ID that aleady in use.
